At Tuk Tuk Limo Tours we want to give you the best possible experience. This page sets out how cancellations, changes, and refunds work, so you can book with peace of mind.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start time are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
If the customer does not arrive at the pickup point at the agreed time and has not contacted us, this is treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
Requests to change the date or time of a tour should be made as early as possible. All changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed if requested at short notice. We will always try to find a slot that works for both sides.
If Tuk Tuk Limo Tours has to cancel a tour for operational, weather, or force majeure reasons, you can choose between rescheduling the tour at no extra cost, or receiving a full refund of the amount paid.
Refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the original booking. The time it takes to reach your account depends on your bank or payment platform, typically between three and ten business days.
