How we collect, store, and protect the information you share with us when you book a tour, send a message, or visit this website.
Tuk Tuk Limo Tours is an electric tuk-tuk tour operator based in Madrid and Alicante, Spain. We are the data controller responsible for the personal information you provide to us through this website, our booking system, WhatsApp, email, or in person.
When you book a tour or contact us, we may collect your full name, email address, phone number, the city and date of your tour, the number of guests, any dietary or accessibility needs you tell us about, and the messages you send us. When you pay through our booking system, payment details (card number, billing address) are handled directly by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.
We use your information only to deliver the service you booked, contact you about pickup details or schedule changes, send you the confirmation and any follow-up messages, comply with Spanish tax and accounting law, and respond to questions you send us. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with marketers.
Booking records are kept for the period required by Spanish accounting law (currently six years). Email and WhatsApp conversations are kept for as long as we need them to support you, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, except where the law requires us to keep it.
We share information only with the providers we need to operate the business: our booking and payment processor (currently TuriTop, app.turitop.com), our email host, and where legally required, Spanish tax authorities. Each of these processors is GDPR-compliant. Your data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area without appropriate safeguards in place.
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, ask us to delete it, restrict how we use it, object to certain uses, and receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email us at reservas@tuktuklimotours.com. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at aepd.es.
This website uses functional cookies needed to make the site work and analytics cookies to help us understand how the site is used. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you individually. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without losing core site functionality.
Our tours are family-friendly and we welcome guests of all ages, but bookings can only be made by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 through this website.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Significant changes will be notified through our website.
